Not satisfied with your received products?
*Clothing items: You can return it to us within 14 days of receipt, first send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and why you want to return the products.
*Customshoes: All sneakers will be custom painted especially for you and can therefore not be returned. Be sure of the right size and design! We therefore recommend that you fit the size somewhere first so that you can be sure of the right shoe size or check for the size fit guide. We’re not responsible for any damage or how you’ve handled with wearing them.
TERMS: Please note that sometimes through other circumstances, there are shipping delays for orders worldwide. We are not responsible for any customs or import taxes. Sometimes packages tend to be delivered to your local post office where you have to pick up the package and may be subject to pay import taxes. Additionally, we are not responsible for the package once it leaves our country. We always provide a tracking link to follow your order, and at that point, it is on the post delivery to ensure that the package is delivered. Ordering any of our products means you accept these terms.

You can return a clothing item if it meets the following conditions:
- The product has not been used/washed.
-The product is in the same condition as when it was received.
-The item is packed in the original packaging or a shipping box.
Items that appear worn or used will not be refunded and returned to the customer. Any lost items cannot be replaced or refunded. You will be credited the full order amount including shipping costs if the returned product meets the above conditions. The costs for the return shipment are for your own account. You will receive the order amount due within 14 days after receipt of your return.

If there is a product defect or problem with your order, please email us for the fastest response. If you are shipping, be sure to send us a proof of shipment + tracking code so we can track your order. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any items that do not reach us are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I exchange it for another item?: It is certainly possible to return and exchange your item for something of the same price or a different size. If you want to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item.
Refund: Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item. A full refund of the item(s) (excluding delivery charges) will be processed and a credit will be automatically credited to your original payment method or credit card within a few business days.
